Scope of Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements within the SAP PM/EAM maintenance environment
• Design functional and technical solution concepts for maintenance processes
• Define and configure SAP PM/EAM customizing settings to support business needs
• Document functional specifications and customizing concepts in a structured format
• Align solution design with business stakeholders and act as key coordination point
• Prepare management-level summaries and presentations to support decision-making
• Coordinate solution design with development teams for implementation
• Consider integration with adjacent SAP modules (MM, QM, PP, SD) where required
• Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA architecture

Experience & Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP PM/EAM solution design and customization for complex maintenance processes
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders in maintenance domains
• Ability to present solution designs to management-level audiences
• Experience aligning functional solutions with technical development teams
• Very strong German language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with integrated SAP landscapes (MM, QM, PP, SD) is a plus
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA/Confluence is a plus
