We are looking for an experienced SAP Work Clearance Management (WCM) Consultant to support one of our our strategic client. The consultant will design, implement, and optimize SAP WCM processes related to Permit to Work scenarios and safety procedures. The role requires strong process understanding, hands on configuration experience, and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders.

Scope:

• Design and implement SAP WCM processes for Permit to Work requirements.
• Analyze and map Permit / NAN / Erlaubnisschein processes to SAP standard capabilities.
• Configure SAP WCM objects such as:
  o Work clearances
  o Isolation and safety measures
  o Permit dependencies, validations, and checks
• Support workshops, requirement analysis, and solution documentation.
• Ensure alignment with client safety, compliance, and operational procedures.

Skills:

• Proven experience as an SAP WCM Consultant (S/4HANA or ECC).
• Strong knowledge of Permit to Work, NAN, and Erlaubnisschein processes.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP WCM components (work clearances, safety measures, dependencies).
• Ability to translate business and safety requirements into SAP standard processes.
• Experience working with utility, energy, or asset intensive clients is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
