Project Scope:

SAP system support and maintenance (not implementation)

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with German language skills to provide system support and maintenance for SAP PM. The role focuses on supporting maintenance operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization rather than implementing new solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and maintain SAP PM master data, including equipment, functional locations, and maintenance plans, to support ongoing operations.
• Handle and support maintenance notifications and work orders, assisting end users with troubleshooting and process guidance within SAP PM.
• Review SAP PM workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and system configuration enhancements.
• Generate and adapt maintenance-related reports and KPIs, monitoring service performance, equipment downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to resolve service-related issues and support system enhancements.

Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP PM system support and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data and transactional processes.
• Proficiency in managing maintenance notifications and work orders.
• Ability to analyze workflows and propose process or system improvements.
• Experience with maintenance reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• German language proficiency: minimum B1 level (spoken and written).
• English language proficiency is also required.
