This project focuses on the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) to enhance order fulfillment, product allocation, backorder processing, and supply chain responsiveness.
The consultant will play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of aATP capabilities, working closely with OTC, supply chain, integration, and technical teams across multiple regions. The engagement covers the full lifecycle—from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Scope:
- Lead the functional design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA aATP capabilities.
- Conduct business requirement gathering workshops and translate needs into functional specifications.
- Design and configure aATP features, including:
– Product availability checks
– Product allocation (PAL)
– Backorder processing (BOP)
– Supply protection and confirmation strategies - Ensure tight integration between aATP and OTC processes, including:
– Sales order management
– Delivery and billing integration
– Credit and fulfillment dependencies - Collaborate closely with:
– OTC functional teams
– Supply chain and logistics teams
– Integration and technical teams
– Testing and deployment teams - Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
- Provide post-go-live support, stabilization, and knowledge transfer
Skills:
- 12+ years of SAP experience, including extensive hands-on work in SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA aATP.
- Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Deep understanding of aATP concepts, configuration, and business scenarios.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable functional designs.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
