Scope:

• Implement, configure, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Utilities solutions.
• Advise clients on technology strategies and SAP Utilities best practices tailored to their business needs.
• Support large-scale transformation and ERP modernization initiatives within the Electricity Power sector.
• Design and improve end-to-end utility business processes, with a focus on Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and related processes.
• Participate in strategic consulting engagements, combining business analysis with solution implementation.
• Collaborate with international teams across business and technology functions.
• Support workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to project documentation, process design, and solution architecture deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments impacting utility organizations.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP Utilities projects, including hands-on SAP S/4HANA Utilities (IS-U) implementations.
• Proven experience with utility business processes, particularly Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and related operations.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation within the Electricity or Energy sector.
• Strong understanding of Electricity Power industry processes, challenges, and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions and process improvements.
• Experience working on ERP transformation, digital transformation, or business improvement initiatives.
• Previous experience within a leading consulting firm (Big Four or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect business needs and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
