We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant, for our international client.

• Role: SAP HCM Consultant with ATOSS
• Location: Remote with travelling to the Netherlands
• Full time
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months + extension

Scope:

Scope of this project is to implement and/or enhance the ATOSS Workforce Management solution, integrated with SAP, to support accurate time management, workforce scheduling, and compliance with local labor regulations. The project will deliver an end-to-end ATOSS implementation aligned with business and legal requirements.

Responsabilities:

• Analysis & Design: Gather requirements, design solution, define SAP integration.
• Configuration & Build: Configure ATOSS modules (time, absences, overtime, shifts), set up schedules, employee self-service.
• Integration: Sync master data with SAP, validate time transfer to Payroll, support interface testing.
• Testing & Go-Live: Execute unit, SIT, UAT; support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.

Skills:

• ATOSS Workforce Management: Configuration, time & attendance, shift planning, absences, overtime rules.
• SAP Integration: Experience with SAP HCM and Payroll interfaces.
• Workforce Analytics
• Fluent in English is mandatory, Portuguese or Dutch knowledge nice to have
