Role Overview:

We are seeking a SAP HCM Time Management (TM) Consultant to support HR and payroll-related processes in a mid-level consulting role. The consultant will work closely with the HR and IT teams to implement, configure, and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions. This is a fully remote assignment with collaboration across international teams.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient time recording, attendance, absence, and work schedule processes within SAP HCM-TM and supporting related integrations.

Scope:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Time Management (TM) solutions
• Work on time evaluation, leave/absence management, and work schedules
• Support day-to-day incident resolution, issue analysis, and ticket handling

Skills:

• 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, specifically Time Management (TM)
• Strong knowledge of time evaluation, attendance/absence, and work schedules
• Experience with integration points within SAP HCM (Payroll, Personnel Administration)
