Job details:

• Role: SAP HCM Time Management Consultant
• Location: Hybrid – 2 days in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra
• Full time
• Start date: Asap
• Duration: 12 months

Scope:

• Act as Functional Lead for SAP HCM Time Management (PT).
• Implement new general and site-specific work agreements in SAP HCM Time Management and ESS/MSS.
• Harmonize and standardize time parameters, roles, and authorizations across all entities.
• Manage and optimize Time Management schemas, rules, and configurations in a highly customized SAP HCM setup.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Time evaluation and related processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Personnel Administration, and other HCM modules.

Skills required:

• 5+ years of experience SAP HCM Tima Management
• Positive Time (PT-PT) with 5+ years of experience
• Fluent in English
