Job details:

• Role: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
• Location: Hybrid, with 2 days in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra (TBC)
• Full time
• Start date: asap
• Duration: 12 months project

Scope:

• Lead Payroll configuration and implementation for SAP HCM – Payroll (PY-DE).
• Implement new general and site-specific work agreements in SAP HCM Time Management and ESS/MSS.
• Harmonize and standardize time parameters, roles, and authorizations across all German entities.
• Address integration impacts on Payroll and other connected systems/interfaces.
• Work closely with Time Management and other HCM components to ensure functional consistency.

Skills:

• Primary Skill: Payroll Germany (PY-DE) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
• Bonus: Experience as a Functional Lead in dependency with other HCM components.
• Strong understanding of Payroll schemas, rules, and configuration in SAP ECC.
• Experience managing integrations with SAP ESS/MSS and Time Management modules.
• Fluent in English – German is a plus
