We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the AMS team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Hungarian localization, with a strong focus on SAP Payroll. The role involves supporting ongoing operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and acting as a key expert in Hungarian payroll processes and tax reporting.

Scope:

• Provide AMS support as an SME for Hungarian payroll localization
• Act as the primary expert for Hungarian payroll processes within SAP
• Manage and support ANYK tax declaration submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Hungarian regulations
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP Payroll and related systems

Skills:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or SAP Payroll Consultant
• Strong expertise in SAP Payroll – Hungarian localization (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with ANYK tax declaration submission
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong understanding of Hungarian payroll regulations and compliance
• Proven experience working in AMS/support environments

Languages:

• Hungarian – fluent (mandatory)
• English – professional level (mandatory)
