Job details:

• Start ASAP
• Duration 3 months plus extension
• Long-term consulting project involving the implementation of SAP GTS within Airbus Defence and Space, focused on export control compliance for materials.

Scope :

• Functional Design:
  Analyze current export control processes and translate regulatory requirements (ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use) into SAP GTS solutions. Prepare functional documentation such as Blueprints and Solution Designs.
• System Configuration:
  Configure core SAP GTS modules including:
  – SPL Screening
  – License Management
  – Commodity Classification (ECCN / ML / TARIC)
  – Embargo & Country Controls
  – Legal Regulation Framework
• Technical Integration:
  Integrate SAP GTS with feeder systems (ECC / S/4HANA), manage RFC connections, and collaborate with SD, MM, and logistics teams.
• Master Data Management:
  Handle legal classification of materials and maintain business partner data with export control attributes.
• Testing & Training:
  Prepare and execute testing cycles (including UAT), train key users, and create SOP documentation.
• Go-Live & Support:
  Support cutover activities (data migration, licenses, classifications), provide hypercare after go-live, and finalize system documentation.

Skills:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP GTS (mandatory)
• Experience in SAP implementation or rollout projects
• Knowledge of export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use)
• Understanding of SAP integration (ECC or S/4HANA)
• Experience with testing (UAT) and user training
