Job details:

• Role:SAP FS-PM Consultant
• Full-time remote for candidates based in EU.
• Duration: 6-12 months
• Scope: Implementation

Scope:

The consultant will act as a Design Lead with SAP FS-PM expertise, responsible for translating business requirements into functional designs and configuring the solution within SAP FS-PM.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and developers, ensuring that the designed solution is aligned with both business needs and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive solution design workshopswith business stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications
• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP FS-PM
• Support and guide developers with:
  – Enhancements
  – Custom developments
  – Interfaces
  – Data migration
• If required, perform light development (e.g., ABAP/debugging, enhancements, rules configuration)
• Ensure end-to-end alignment across:
  – Product configuration
  – Policy lifecycle processes
  – Integration with surrounding SAP modules / external systems

Skills:

Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP FS Domain
• Strong experience in SAP FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management)
• Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture
• Hands-on configuration experience in FS-PM
• Understanding of insurance processes (Life / P&C depending on scope)
• Ability to translate business needs into structured system design

Preferred:

• ABAP knowledge (debugging, enhancements, BADIs, user exits)
• Experience with integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware)
• Experience with SAP Fioneer solutions landscape
• Experience in transformation programs
