Job details:

• Location: Bucharest (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week)

• Languages: French (minimum B2 required), English is a plus

We are looking for an SAP Support Technician FI/CO to ensure the smooth running of our SAP Finance and Controlling environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for SAP FI/CO users, helping resolve issues quickly, ensuring system stability, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

You will also contribute to improving processes, documentation, and overall service quality.

Scope:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO users (incident resolution and service requests)
• Diagnose and resolve functional and technical SAP issues in real time
• Manage and track tickets in GLPI, ensuring SLA compliance
• Support onboarding activities (user setup, access, and SAP readiness)
• Collaborate with IT teams in France and internal support teams
• Handle complex or unusual incidents by identifying appropriate solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with end users
• Maintain and update support procedures and documentation
• Participate in continuous improvement of SAP support processes
• Provide occasional on-site SAP support and training when required

Skills:

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in SAP FI/CO support
• Solid understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP
• Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve incidents independently
• Strong communication and user support skills

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, ideally with SAP FI/CO exposure
• Experience working in a multi-team or international environment is a plus
