The role will be a key liaison between local business stakeholders in Czechia and Slovakia and the France-based SAP implementation team during the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA core model.

The successful candidate will ensure business requirements are accurately captured, localized regulatory requirements are addressed, testing and data migration activities are executed successfully, and the business is supported throughout deployment and hypercare.

Scope:

The consultant will support the SAP S/4HANA rollout across Czechia, Slovakia, and Lithuania, covering SAP Finance and related business processes including:

• Finance (FI – Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Treasury)
• Controlling (CO)
• Project Systems (PS)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Dematerialization processes
• Integration with satellite applications

The role focuses on localization activities, regulatory compliance, business process alignment, testing, cutover, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Skills:

• Act as the primary liaison between local business users and the France-based SAP project team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Manage localization and regulatory requirements for Czechia and Slovakia, including:
  – e-Invoicing
  – Tax requirements
  – Master data extensions
  – Forms and local reporting
• Create and maintain Gap Analysis documentation.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Present functional specifications to development teams and monitor build progress.
• Develop test data, test scenarios, and execute functional testing.
• Track and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Define and execute cutover activities.
• Support finance data migration activities, including:
  – Migration strategy
  – Golden migration rules
  – Dry-run planning and execution
  – Lessons learned documentation
• Prepare and support Hypercare activities after go-live.
• Transfer knowledge, documentation, and processes to the RUN/Support team.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, and the central implementation team in France.

Mandatory:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Experience writing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Strong understanding of SAP testing methodologies (SIT/UAT).
• Experience with cutover planning and execution.
• Experience supporting finance data migration activities.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent Czech and/or Slovak language skills.
