We are supporting a global retail organization in the deployment of its Global S/4HANA Finance & Procurement template in PolandWe are looking for a SAP Tax Specialist with strong Polish tax and localization (PL TLS) knowledge to join the roll-out team and support the end-to-end implementation.
Scope:
The SAP Tax Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all Polish tax and statutory requirements are correctly implemented in the S/4HANA system, including compliance, reporting, and e-invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the SAP Tax lead for the Poland roll-out
- Support the full project lifecycle:
– Gap analysis against the Global S/4 template
– Definition and documentation of RICEFW and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
– System customizing and configuration
– Participation in all testing phases: System testing (ST), Integration Testing (IIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live and Hypercare support - Configure and validate:
– Tax codes
– Withholding tax
– Intrastat
– Polish VAT and statutory reporting - Implement and support SAP DRC:
– Statutory Reporting
– e-Invoicing (including Polish regulatory requirements such as KSeF) - Collaborate with:
– Global template teams
– Local Polish finance and tax stakeholders
– IT and integration teams
Skills:
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Tax
- Hands-on configuration of:
– Tax codes
– Withholding tax
– Intrastat - Proven experience with SAP DRC:
– Statutory Reporting
– e-Invoicing - Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle:
– Gap analysis
– RICEFW and FSD creation
– Customizing
– Testing (ST, IIT, SIT, UAT)
– Go-Live and Hypercare
Business & Localization
- Strong Polish Tax & Localization (PL TLS) knowledge – critical
- Solid understanding of:
– Polish VAT
– Statutory and regulatory reporting
– E-invoicing regulations
Project Experience
- Experience working in global template roll-outs or multi-country S/4HANA deployments
- Ability to work in an international project team and align local requirements with global standards
