We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant for an SAP S/4HANA transformation program — Finance backbone, RISE migration, Record-to-Report process optimization in a large retail environment

Scope:

• FI-AA analysis and configuration: handling of open topics, incidents, requirements and work packages in the Asset Accounting environment, including FIT/GAP analyses and migration-related analyses.
• Rollout support: implementation and monitoring of company code rollout, including hypercare for go-live company codes.
• 3rd-level SAP support: resolution of production incidents (e.g., mass reposting errors, account determination issues) and coordination with functional and technical teams.
• Design and conception: preparation and design of new business partner (GP) topics, JIRAs and change requests; review of Fiori FI-AA apps and preparation of related working groups.
• Data migration: preparatory checks and activities for migration incl. configurations and mappings, start of migration rollouts, mapping validations and monitoring of migration results.
• Documentation and communication: maintenance of Confluence documentation, written communication and alignment with project stakeholders across workstreams.

Requirements:

• Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant level, typically 5+ years of SAP FI project experience.
• At least one full-lifecycle SAP FI implementations or migrations, ideally including FI-AA as a lead topic.
• Proven track record in multi-country rollouts and hypercare in complex, high-volume environments.
• Comfortable with remote delivery at high utilization.
• Experience acting as topic lead with end-to-end responsibility from design and FIT/GAP analysis through go-live and hypercare.
• Deep SAP FI, with a clear specialization in Asset Accounting (FI-AA) including new GL integration, migration and rollout topics.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA finance transformation and Fiori FI-AA apps.
• Solid understanding of data migration approaches (mapping validation, cutover-related checks).
• Incident and 3rd-level support capability: root-cause analysis, tax/account determination, mass posting issues.
• Structured documentation skills (Confluence) and ability to run/participate in cross-workstream alignment meetings.
• Business-level English.
