The consultant will support the next wave of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, delivering standardized processes and an industrialized rollout across EMEA. The scope includes end-to-end project management, fit-to-standard design, configuration, limited RICEFW development, testing support, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare. The rollout aims to harmonize processes, accelerate digitalization, and position the organization for future efficiency gains and global integration.
Scope:
The Senior SAP EWM/PPDS Consultant will provide AMS (Application Management Services) support throughout the rollout and hypercare phases. Responsibilities include:
- Providing L2/L3 support for SAP EWM and PPDS modules, resolving incidents, and performing root cause analysis.
- Handling minor enhancements, configuration adjustments, and collaborating with developers for fixes.
- Supporting end-users in daily operations and providing clear guidance on processes and system functionality.
- Conducting cross-module impact analysis within S/4HANA (integration points with MM, PP, QM).
- Ensuring alignment with IT service management processes (ITIL) for incident, problem, and change management.
- Assisting in testing, cutover activities, and validating data migration.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge transfer.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP EWM and PPDS modules.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and production planning processes.
- Proven ability to analyze incidents, resolve tickets, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing AMS support.
- Experience with minor enhancements, configuration changes, and collaboration with developers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment and integration with MM, PP, QM.
- Experience with ITIL service management processes (incident, problem, change).
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain solutions clearly to business stakeholders.
- Ability to support users during daily operations and provide guidance during hypercare
