We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EWM Consultant / Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in MES–EWM integration. The role focuses on delivering robust warehouse and manufacturing integration solutions, ideally within a regulated (GMP) environment, supporting real-time operations and automation.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration, process optimization, and compliance.

 

Scope:

Solution Design & Integration

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions tailored to supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate closely with MES teams to design and implement EWM–MES integration, enabling real-time data exchange and process automation.
  • Ensure integration aligns with SAP best practices and business requirements.

Warehouse Operations & Process Support

  • Manage and support end-to-end warehouse processes, including:
    – Inbound and outbound processing
    – Picking, packing, staging
    – Inventory and handling unit management
  • Support compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., GxP) – pharma experience is a strong advantage.

Business Analysis & Delivery

  • Gather user requirements and build strong business understanding.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Lead and support system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
  • Provide support during UAT, issue resolution, and hypercare phases.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Production, IT, and MES stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops and effectively communicate with business and technical teams.

 

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM (embedded or decentralized).
  • Strong hands-on experience with MES–EWM integration.
  • Solid knowledge of:
    – RF Framework
    – Handling Units
    – Warehouse Monitor
  • Familiarity with IDocs, BAPIs, and integration concepts.

Business & Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proven experience leading workshops and engaging business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused, regulated environment.

Language Requirements

  • English: Fluent (mandatory)
