We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant for an implementation project (S/4HANA)

Scope:

1. EWM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in all phases of EWM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
2. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for EWM system implementation.
3. Solution Design: Design and configure EWM system to meet the specific business requirements including layouts, put-away and removal strategies, EWM integration with S/4 HANA Modules (MM, SD,TM & QM) & 3PL , Business process mapping and ensuring optimal utilization of EWM functionalities and integration with external systems(MES). Experience of RF integration framework, development / enhancements of RF screens
4. Inbound Process: Configure and optimize inbound processes such as goods receipt, put away, quality management, and returns, ensuring seamless integration with procurement and production processes.
5. Outbound Process: Design and implement outbound processes including order fulfilment, picking, packing, staging, and shipping, considering various order types, delivery scenarios, and transportation management integration.
6. Production Integration(PP-EWM): Collaborate with the production/manufacturing team to integrate EWM with the manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth flow of materials, inventory management, and accurate tracking within the production environment.
7. Physical Inventory: Define and implement physical inventory procedures, including cycle counting, inventory reconciliation,adhoc inventory and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
8. Documentation and Training: Prepare system documentation, process flowcharts, and user manuals. Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the EWM system.
9. Testing and Issue Resolution: Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve system issues, defects, or configuration gaps during the testing phase. Idoc resolution and queue issue resolution.
10. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project team members, and stakeholders. Foster collaborative relationships and provide expert guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in SAP EWM with successful delivery
• Fluent English
• Prior Pharmaceutical Industry experience is nice to have
