We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Portal Specialist to support the design, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP-based digital workplace solutions.

In this role, you will ensure smooth operation of SAP Enterprise Portal services, manage incidents and change requests, and contribute to improving the overall digital user experience across SAP and integrated non-SAP systems.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, stable, and user-friendly portal solutions.

 

Scope:

  • Provide incident and change request management for SAP Enterprise Portal.
  • Configure and customize SAP Enterprise Portal based on business needs.
  • Support day-to-day operations and ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolution to end users.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support integration of SAP and non-SAP systems into a unified digital workplace.
  • Assist in improving user experience and portal usability.
  • Provide end-user support, guidance, and training when required.
  • Document configurations, processes, and technical solutions.

 

Skills:

  • Strong experience with SAP Enterprise Portal administration, configuration, or support.
  • Proven experience in incident and change management within SAP environments.
  • Ability to work in a support-oriented or application maintenance environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience collaborating with business users and technical teams in international environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2 mandatory) and English (C2 mandatory).
