We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Portal SME to design, implement, and support digital workplace solutions within SAP environments. The role focuses on SAP Portal operations, incident and change request management, and integration of SAP and non-SAP systems to deliver a seamless digital workspace. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to enhance user experience and optimize enterprise portal functionality.

 

Scope:

  • Manage incident and change request processes for SAP Enterprise Portal
  • Configure, customize, and maintain SAP Enterprise Portal based on business requirements
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of portal-related issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support integration of SAP and non-SAP systems within the portal environment
  • Deliver scalable and user-friendly digital workplace solutions
  • Conduct end-user support and training where required
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the SAP Portal landscape

 

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Portal
  • Solid knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP BASIS
  • Experience in incident and change request management in SAP environments
  • Proven ability to support and maintain enterprise-level portal solutions
  • Good understanding of system integration concepts (SAP and non-SAP systems)
  • Experience working in support or operations environments

 

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
  • Experience in digital workplace or enterprise portal projects
