We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC Rollout Project Manager to lead and stabilize an ongoing ERP deployment. The rollout is entering a critical phase, with go-live planned for September 2026. The Project Manager will serve as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, local plant teams near Warsaw, and external implementation partners, including existing consultants. The role emphasizes project planning, issue resolution, and effective communication to ensure alignment between business requirements and the global template.
Scope:
- Lead the SAP ECC rollout project, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Act as the central point of contact between business teams, plant operations, and external consultants.
- Facilitate discussions on requirements versus global template, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Resolve project conflicts, mediate disagreements, and provide pragmatic, hands-on solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Support go-live preparation, including cutover planning and stabilization activities.
- Build relationships and act as a bridge between people, processes, and suppliers.
Skills:
- Strong project leadership experience in SAP (ECC preferred).
- Proven ability to manage rollouts, create project plans, and steer complex timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating between business teams and external partners.
- Pragmatic problem solver with hands-on approach.
- Ability to handle conflict situations and mediate effectively.
- Availability: Immediate.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- German – highly beneficial
- Polish – a plus, due to plant location near Warsaw
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in SAP ECC projects where coordination and integration were key.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments.
Role Expectations:
- Onsite availability for meetings at the plant near Warsaw (approx. 40 min from the city).
- Acts as a bridge builder, connecting people, processes, and suppliers.
