The SAP DRC Specialist will be responsible for implementing SAP’s standard e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions for both S/4 and ECC systems across multiple company codes in Europe. This includes configuration, testing, documentation, and training to ensure compliance with legal and internal process requirements.

Scope:

• Implement SAP standard e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions as provided by SAP for both S/4 and ECC platforms, across multiple company codes
• Configure SAP backend for required invoice types, including B2B, B2G, B2C, cross-border, and self-billing workflows, as applicable.

• Ensure alignment with internal Finance, Tax, Local Business, and IT processes, addressing additional requirements beyond minimum legal standards.
• Provide testing support including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare user documentation.
• Deliver technical documentation related to configuration and process changes.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.

Skills:

Proven experience with SAP DRC (e-invoicing, e-reporting) in both S/4HANA and ECC environments.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP standard solutions in multi-company code settings.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing processes across various business models: B2B, B2G, B2C, cross-border, and self-billing.
• Experience working closely with Finance, Tax, and IT teams to ensure process compliance and integration.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and documentation preparation (UAT, user guides).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
