As an SAP Datasphere Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert in SAP Datasphere, designing and maintaining data pipelines for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data ingestion. You will advise on best practices, architecture patterns, and licensing, while closely collaborating with SAP functional teams, data platform architects, and engineers. The role requires engaging with multiple stakeholders and supporting best practices across teams, ensuring reliable data availability during SAP landscape transitions.

Responsibilities / Scope

• Serve as SAP Datasphere subject matter expert.
• Provide advisory guidance on SAP Datasphere capabilities, architecture patterns, and licensing implications.
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams, data platform architects, and engineers.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and support best practices across teams.
• Design and implement new SAP Datasphere pipelines for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data ingestion.
• Support SAP landscape transitions by enabling controlled and reliable data availability during migration phases.
• Develop and maintain Datasphere models, views, and connections aligned with A3 architectural standards.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure performance, stability, and data quality.
• Apply data governance, security, and access control principles across all implemented solutions.
• Stay current with SAP Datasphere capabilities and evolving SAP data integration practices to continuously improve delivery quality.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Datasphere, including pipeline development, modeling, and integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP data migration processes and parallel landscape handling.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and access control in enterprise environments.
• Ability to provide technical advisory and best practice guidance on SAP Datasphere usage and architecture.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with A3 platform architecture, data modeling standards, and analytics consumption patterns is a plus.
