We’re looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead for our international client.

• Location: Hybrid (Onsite 2 days per week in Budapest, Hungary or Warsaw, Poland)
• Full time
• Travelling once a month to plant in Hungary or Poland
• Duration: until December 2027

 
Scope:

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative SAP Data Migration Lead to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data migration lifecycle across multiple operational streams for our plants in Hungary (ZEG) and Poland (REF). Working in tandem with the team, you will drive data readiness, ensure top-tier data quality, and coordinate closely with local teams and stakeholders to guarantee a seamless, on-time rollout.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
 

Responsabilities:

• Leading the complete data lifecycle, from initial scoping and data extraction to data loading, creation, and final validation.
• Driving data preparation, enforcing data quality standards, and implementing robust master data governance frameworks within SAP MDG.
• Developing data migration strategies, proactively identifying data-related risks, and leading mitigation efforts.
 

Skills required:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on project experience in SAP data migration environments.
• Deep, end-to-end knowledge of the SAP data migration process.
• Practical experience implementing master data governance within SAP MDG
• Strong reporting capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional local teams and RBPOs.
• Fluent English
