We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant for an SAP S/4HANA transformation program — Finance backbone, RISE migration, Record-to-Report process optimization in a large retail environment

Scope:

• Investment Management / Project System (IM/PS): workshops and rollout support, including project structures, project templates, Fit/Gap prioritization and end-to-end tests for projects.
• IT Financial Management (IT-FM): definition of settlement rules under IFRS, activation of “IFRS only” processes and primary cost supply.
• Real Estate (RE-FX): preparation of profit center account assignment and ancillary cost settlement.
• International rollout: harmonization of trade schemas, direct capitalization, end-to-end demo preparation and walkthroughs, activation protocols.
• Fiori & reporting: analysis and testing of Fiori balance validation, review of Fiori documentation, error analysis on accruals, InvCo reporting requirements.
• Document flow & analytics: verification of asset document flow, document flow report/RPA analysis, project settlement for projects.
• Error/incident analysis: PSP-Ariba error analysis, accrual/provision topics for international rollout.

Requirements:

• Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant level, typically 5+ years of SAP project experience
• At least one full-lifecycle SAP implementations or migrations including investment management or capitalization topics.
• Proven track record in retail or comparable multi-entity environments with international rollouts.
• Experience acting as topic lead with end-to-end responsibility from workshop/design through activation and hypercare, including on-site engagement at client locations.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA finance expertise, with clear focus on Investment Management (IM), Project System (PS)
• Strong Real Estate (RE-FX) know-how, incl. profit center account assignment, and ancillary cost settlement.
• Solid understanding of IFRS activation logic and capitalization processes (direct capitalization, settlement rules, activation protocols).
• Hands-on experience with Fiori-based finance apps (balance validation, documentation) and reporting/analytics in investment controlling.
• Experience in multi-country rollouts with cross-workstream coordination.
• Structured workshop facilitation (Fit/Gap, end-to-end demos, walkthroughs) and ability to work both remote and on-site.
