We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant. The client is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of engines, filtration, and power generation products. The role supports an S/4HANA rollout to the Polish subsidiary, as part of a larger global template program.

Scope:

• Act as a Technology Consulting Practitioner within the SAP S/4HANA program.
• Lead and deliver SAP CO (Product Cost Controlling) activities within the CO workstream.
• Perform Fit-to-Gap analysis between local Polish requirements and the global template, including solution adjustments.
• Design and deliver: Functional Design,  Technical Design,  RICEFW objects,  System configuration
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, including UAT support.
• Support solution localization for Polish business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple functional workstreams, PMOs, and local deployment teams.
• Provide guidance, decision-making support, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to key project decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills:

Core Skills

• 5–15 years of experience in the SAP CO area.
• Master-level proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (recommended).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Private Edition.
• Deep understanding of: Cost controlling processes, Product costing, Manufacturing / industrial environments
• Strong expertise in Business Process Design.
• Solid knowledge of Accenture Delivery Methods
