Scope:

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact

• Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team to ensure effective performance
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key project decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
• Apply advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members
• Implement best practices in application design and configuration to enhance efficiency
• Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in application management
• Continuously assess project progress and adapt strategies to meet changing requirements
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve application performance

Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP)
• Experience designing and developing applications on SAP BTP
• Knowledge of SAP RAP and UI5 Applications
• Experience with Clean Core projects
