Job details:

We are looking for a Business Process Expert with strong experience in SAP environments to support our transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, documenting them clearly, creating process diagrams, and collaborating with global teams to map these processes into a new system landscape.

• End Date: 30/10/2026
• Location: Warsaw / Poland
• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite

Scope:

• Conduct reviews and analysis of existing cross-departmental business processes (in local SAP ECC), leveraging workshops, stakeholder and interviews.
• Create process documentation as needed, using various formats such as narrative descriptions, user stories, and notation-based diagrams (e.g., BPMN).
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to validate process flows and identify gaps.
• Lead the design and standardization execution processes across business, aligning legacy systems to a single global SAP S/4 template (including the creation of comprehensive documentation).
• Participate and be a business in workshops and meetings with global teams
• Ensure consistency between local practices and global standards.
• Provide input into system configuration and functional requirements.

Skills:

• 5 years of proven experience working with SAP systems (preferably in SD/MM/FI modules).
• Strong skills in process documentation and modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish & English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, both at the local and global level.
• Experience working with Signavio/LeanIX will be additional advantage.
