Lead the integration workstream for an S/4HANA implementation using Clean Core principles, ensuring cloud-compliant and upgrade-safe extensions. Collaborate closely with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders. Initial engagement is 12–18 months with potential extension depending on project phases and hypercare needs.

Scope:

• Implement side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP following clean core methodology to avoid modifying the core system.
• Design API-first integration patterns using allow-listed APIs to maintain upgrade compatibility.
• Develop event-driven integrations via Integration Suite to reduce system complexity.

Technical Delivery

• Design and develop integration flows (iFlows) for S/4HANA connectivity.
• Configure adapters for REST/SOAP, OData, SFTP, and database connectivity to support business processes.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, and governance frameworks using Integration Assessment capabilities.

S/4HANA Project Support

• Participate in migration workstreams replacing legacy PI/PO integrations with cloud-native solutions.
• Support business process integration across procurement, finance, and logistics modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.

Skills:

Experience Level

• 3–5 years hands-on SAP CPI and Integration Suite experience.
• Minimum 2 S/4HANA implementation projects with integration focus.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Core extensibility principles and SAP BTP services.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite components: CPI, API Management, Integration Assessment.
• Strong REST/SOAP API development and consumption skills.
• Groovy scripting, XSLT transformations, and message mapping expertise.

Certifications

• SAP Integration Suite certification required.
• SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP certifications preferred.
