• SAP BRIM/SOM Lead
• Location: Remote work for project based in Poland.
• Candidates are expected to be open for minor travels to Wroclaw,Poland.
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: ASAP + extensions for the next 24-36 months

Scope of work:

We are looking for an experienced SOM consultant who can play a critical role of Solution Architect in deliver of the solution for CRM to SOM transformation. Additionally, we expect this person to be a Scrum Master for the team responsible for the transformation to help the team, together with Product Owner, to optimize the outcome of their work.Agile team that is responsible for both one-time and runtime delivery.

• Implement new features and maintain the existing solution
• Propose improvements for SAP BRIM and specifically to SOM area
• Be proactive and propose support to the team in terms of quality
• Promote Quality & Continuous Improvement mind-set in the day to day activities

Required skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years of extensive experience in SAP BRIM solutions and implementations.
• Hands on experience in multiple successful SOM implementations
• Great architecture and design skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices
• Goal oriented mindset
