• Location: Remote – project based in Poland
• Travel: Occasional travel to Wrocław may be required

Scope of Work

We are looking for an experienced SAP SOM Consultant to take on a key Solution Architect role in a CRM-to-SOM transformation project. The consultant will also act as a Scrum Master, supporting the Agile team and Product Owner in optimizing both project delivery and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement new functionalities and maintain the existing solution
• Recommend improvements within SAP BRIM, particularly in the SOM area
• Support the team in maintaining high quality standards
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Facilitate Agile ways of working and effective team collaboration

Required Skills:

• 8–10+ years of experience with SAP BRIM solutions and implementations
• Hands-on experience with multiple successful SAP SOM implementations
• Strong solution architecture and design skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Goal- and results-oriented mindset
