Scope:

• Acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their technical skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures..
