Scope:

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior SAP Development Lead to spearhead technical delivery for a large-scale S/4HANA program. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maintaining architectural integrity, enforcing Clean Core principles, and governing the development lifecycle in a modern SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Act as the primary authority for S/4HANA architecture and ABAP development standards across the program.
• Governance & Quality: Define and enforce development standards, package concepts, and transport governance. Lead code reviews and manage the ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) strategy.
• Architectural Strategy: Drive the transition to modern development models, prioritizing RAP, CDS views, and service-based architectures.
• Extensibility Management: Guide the team through the “Extensibility Matrix,” balancing In-App, Developer (On-Stack), and Side-by-Side extensibility to ensure upgrade-safe design.
• Security & UI Integration: Oversee the integration between backend services and Fiori applications, ensuring robust authorization checks and seamless Launchpad access design.
• Troubleshooting: Act as the final point of escalation for complex debugging across backend, integration, and service layers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record leading technical teams on large-scale SAP implementations.
• Expert-level knowledge of RAP, CDS, and OData service consumption.
• Deep understanding of how to minimize classic enhancements in favor of Clean Core methodologies.
• Familiarity with Embedded Analytics and KPI-based reporting frameworks.
• Solid understanding of interface technologies and modern integration architecture.
• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak
