• Role: SAP ABAP / S/4HANA Extensibility Developer
• Full-time
• Remote
• Start date: 04/05/2026
• End date: 30/11/2026 (+Extensions)

Scope:

• Development and enhancement of backend solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Building and maintaining clean core–compliant extensions
• Implementation of RAP-based (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) services
• Design and exposure of OData services for SAP applications
• Development of CDS views and data models for analytical and transactional use cases
• Translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs
• Participation in S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects
• Support for debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution
• Ensuring upgrade-safe and cloud-ready development practices (ABAP Cloud mindset)

Skills:

• Strong ABAP development
• SAP S/4HANA backend development experience
• Hands-on experience with ABAP RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model)
• Strong knowledge of CDS views, CDS annotations, and data modeling
• Experience with OData service creation and exposure
• Knowledge of SAP extensibility model:
• In-app extensibility
• Developer extensibility
• Understanding of Clean Core principles
• Experience with ABAP Cloud programming model (P3 – Advanced)
• Understanding of SAP authorization concepts:
• Authorization objects
• Business roles (PFCG)
• Service-level authorization impacts
• Awareness of secure and compliant backend service design
