Scope:

We are seeking an experienced, SAP ABAP Consultant to step into a pivotal functioning role.

As transitioning into the cross-system testing phase of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation (spanning both Greenfield and Brownfield approaches), you will manage incoming Change Requests, lead defect analysis, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery through Go-Live and Hypercare.

Responsabilities:

• Lead technical discussions with the client and implementation partners; translate complex business requirements into structured technical tasks for the development team.
• Hands-on ABAP development in an S/4HANA environment, specifically focusing on remaining open modules, interfaces, and ongoing defect resolution.
• Support the project through critical phases including cross-system testing, defect analysis, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Maintain flexibility in prioritizing shifting demands from testing phases while ensuring predictable, high-quality deliverables.

Skills required:

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Solid familiarity or direct experience with SAP FI and SAP CO modules.
• Native or C1 Professional Fluency in German (written and spoken) is strictly required for client-facing communication. Professional proficiency in English.

Skills nice to have:

• Prior experience acting as a Team Lead, Lead Developer, or Technical Coordinator.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including finance, procurement, and neighboring interfaces/BW topics.
• Experience navigating complex Greenfield/Brownfield migrations.
• Strong adaptability in fast-paced testing and Hypercare environments.
