Job details:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team on a full-year engagement. The role involves a mix of development (1.5 FTE) and configuration (0.5 FTE) starting January. The candidate will work primarily with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Communications Cloud) to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Scope:

• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Vlocity solutions.
• Design and implement processes using OmniStudio tools including OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, Calculation Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
• Build solutions involving CPQ, Order Management for MACD orders, Fulfillment Request Lines, and Orchestration.
• Perform APEX coding, triggers, and Visualforce development as needed.
• Implement Salesforce access and security controls: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, record types, and OWD.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Vlocity Integration Procedures.
• Lead development sprints, provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with customers, developers, and testers in an Agile setup to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Automate business processes and develop cost-effective, scalable solutions following industry best practices.

Skills:

• Salesforce Communication Cloud with functional knowledge in product modeling and process building using out-of-the-box OmniStudio tools.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components: OmniScript, DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity Actions, Interaction Launcher, and Console.
• Experience with CPQ, Order Management, Fulfillment Request Lines, Orchestration.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Visualforce, and Apex development.
• Integration with Salesforce web services (JSON, SOAP).
• Salesforce security concepts (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, OWD, record types).
