Scope:

• Implement and configure Salesforce solutions, including objects, flows, integrations and Agentforce-related use cases.
• Work closely with architects and BAs to ensure feasibility, data model alignment, and clean handover from specification to build.
• Support testing activities, defect triage and provide technical input during UAT preparation.

 
Skills:

• Hands-on project experience in Agentforce implementation projects (mandatory).
• Salesforce development experience in commercial/production environments.
• Salesforce Agentforce Service experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and Agentforce behavior (incl. how it impacts flows/automation and service processes).
• English – business communication level.
• Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
