The Role

Join a team developing a Salesforce-based CRM platform supporting broker advisors. The solution provides:

• 360° customer and activity view
• Interaction & agreement management
• KPI tracking & reporting
• CRM Analytics for data-driven insights
• Built on Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Apex, Flows, CRM Analytics)
• Design and implement Salesforce backend & frontend solutions based on business requirements
• Manage deployments using GitHub Actions and ensure platform stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate external systems

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Apex, Flows, CRM Analytics, Salesforce Inspector
• Strong knowledge of SQL, SOQL, SAQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Proficient with GitHub/GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, VS Code, Microsoft Teams
• Experience developing Salesforce solutions in agile environments
• Understanding of business analysis, application architecture, and data transformation
• Nice to have: JavaScript (LWC), experience with Agentic Development / Claude Code
• Languages: German B2+ (required), English B2+
• Willingness to travel for 1 onsite team day per month
• Required: Salesforce Administrator I and Platform Developer I certifications (additional certifications are a plus)
