Scope:

• Shifted from defining roadmaps to delivering technical solutions and code quality.
• Technical Design & Delivery: Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient technical solutions based on business requirements (Low-Level Design).
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, utilize Design Patterns, write Clean Code, and ensure high test coverage (Unit Testing).
• Platform Guidance: Make informed decisions on „Clicks vs. Code”—knowing when to use standard configuration versus custom development.
• Mentoring & Leadership: Lead Code Reviews and provide technical mentorship to Junior and Mid-level developers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Architects and Business Analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex production issues; optimize system performance to stay within platform limits.

Skills:

• Senior Salesforce Developer with minimum 4–5 years of hands-on commercial experience.
• Development & Configuration Mastery:
• Development: Expert proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Configuration: Advanced knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, and the Salesforce Security Model (Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets).
• Integration Implementation: Proven experience in building integrations (moving from „Integration Architecture” to implementation):
• Developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
• Handling authentication mechanisms (OAuth) and error handling.
• SaaS & Cloud Principles: Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and writing code optimized for a multi-tenant environment.
• Plus: Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
