We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Scope:

  • Provide functional expertise and leadership in one or more business domains –e.g. Sales Effectiveness, Marketing Automation, Service Excellence, Customer Portal – leveraging the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem.
  • Provide functional expertise in one or more target sectors e.g. Life Sciences/Pharma, Insurance, Technology, Telecoms.
  • Lead business analysis of client’s current and to-be processes to define system/ technology requirements using best practice and focus on maximising use of OOTB components
  • Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
  • Support/lead the workstream to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Independently communicate with both client technical teams and business stakeholders as needed during the design and implementation
  • Support the scoping, shaping and delivery of bids and proposals, winning and delivering on the customer and digital transformation engagements

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years consulting experience leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies
  • Minimum three Salesforce certifications
  • Ability to articulate the value of Salesforce as a platform in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion
  • Experience in designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and leading ISV solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Capable of prioritising and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience of building and presenting with Microsoft PowerPoint or similar package
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Be willing to travel to UK, Ireland or Nordic countries up to 8 days per month to collaborate directly with clients and wider EY teams

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience facilitating or contributing to technical requirements gathering workshops with clients to identify pain points and translate functional requirements to technical solutions
  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience in consulting for medium-to-large-scale system implementations
  • Experience in providing solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
  • Technical architecture and design experience
  • Experience with Veeva CRM
  • Certifications/experience operating with any of the Salesforce Industry Clouds and/ or Agentforce
