Scope:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging both Aura and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) frameworks.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop robust backend logic using Apex (including Triggers, Batch Classes, and Scheduled Jobs) aligned with best practices and governor limits.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage source code using Git and support CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Copado) for automated deployments.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to established design patterns and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across Experience Cloud implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Skills:

• Experience Cloud (LWR & Aura): Hands-on experience building and customizing both Aura and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) templates.
• Advanced Programmatic Development: Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Batch, Schedulers), Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Modern Front-end Development: Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), CSS, and HTML5 to build highly branded, responsive user experiences.
• API & Integrations: Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Strong understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns.
• Agile & DevOps: Experience in Agile environments (using Azure DevOps) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub). Familiarity with the deployment tool Copado is a plus.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for stakeholders.
• Certifications (Preferred)- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (PD1 / PD2), Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer.
