We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the salesforce transition project. The client is a company that provides telecommunications, media, and technology services across various markets
Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. You will also research, gather, and synthesize information. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Field Service (preferably with some technical experience);
- Experience in writing User Stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements documentation;
- Experience in requirements analysis, discussion, and design;
- Experience in analyzing the impacts of changes, risks, and dependencies between functionalities;
- Experience in other Customer Care / Field Service projects (preferably related to the telecommunications area);
- Appropriate soft skills to perform Client facing
- Master proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
- Master proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
- Fluent Portuguese
