Skills and scope:

  • At least 3 years of professional consulting experience, complemented by hands-on technical expertise in Workday integration approaches (Workday Studio, Connector, Web Services, Orchestration, RaaS). Experience in guiding end-to-end integrations is essential, while exposure to SAP is considered a plus.
  • Expertise in Workday HR modules and functional HR processes covering the full employee lifecycle (hire to retire). Strong analytical understanding of HR data models, system architecture, and IT infrastructure, ideally supported by a Workday Integration Certification. Experience with Workday Extend and SAP HCM is considered a nice-to-have.
  • Experience mit Workday time tracking, absence and Payroll ADP is considered a plus.
