Scope:

• The role involves developing and implementing mathematical models, with a strong emphasis on validating outputs against benchmark calculations to a very high degree of precision – often down to machine-level accuracy across intermediate variables.
• From a broader technical standpoint, the solution must also meet demanding performance and reliability standards, including efficient computation speeds, robust exception handling, and seamless integration with downstream risk systems and data feeds.

Skills:

• Our primary requirement is strong Python programming capability, which is an absolute must for this role.
• In addition, familiarity with financial markets is highly desirable, particularly experience with data inputs and instrument pricing across asset classes such as equities, commodities, credit, and interest rates.
