Scope:

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap
• Curate, prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Lead stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Define KPIs, success metrics and continuously optimize product performance
• Translate product requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Identify and communicate scope changes vs. MVP to key stakeholders (Chief Product Owner / Delivery Lead)
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure design alignment and documentation quality
• Use data and analytics dashboards to monitor performance and generate actionable insights
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests to improve conversion, user journey and service quality

 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role
• Proven experience leading agile teams through full delivery lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience working in Agile and Lean environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and performance metrics
• Ability to define success criteria and translate data into product decisions

 
Technical / core skills:

Must have:

• Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)

Secondary skills:

• Agile methodology
• Product innovation strategy
• Test & Learn / experimentation strategy
• Software product management

Certifications (nice to have):

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Experience in product innovation strategy
• Strong background in experimentation / A/B testing frameworks
• Experience in software product management
