Scope and skills:

• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and CLM Document Generation solutions.
• Strong understanding of document templates, document generation processes, and business rules.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce configuration
• Testing
• Defect resolution
• Data validation
• Deployment support
• Ability to translate user stories and solution designs into working configurations.
• Experience with modular document design and conditional content.
• Understanding of multi-country, multi-language, and product-specific documentation requirements.
• Experience supporting document standardization and template consolidation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Fluent English.
