Scope of Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Lead digital product delivery in the ODC Order Management team for the S/4 HANA transformation.
• Backlog Management: Maintain a well-structured, transparent solution-level backlog and prioritize business needs.
• SAP Solution Leadership: Combine technical expertise with solution guidance, advising consultants and collaborating with SAP architects.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with the Digital Product Manager and business stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
• Governance & Strategy: Ensure product development complies with architecture standards, security requirements, and digital strategy.
• Scope & Risk Management: Tactfully manage project scope, address technical challenges, raise risk awareness, and drive planning.
• Team Culture: Foster open communication, build trust, and promote agile, collaborative ways of working.

Skills:

• 7+ years hands-on expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution area (design, configuration, integration with other components; on ECC and/or S/4 HANA)
• Experience in implementation projects successfully delivering solutions for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns)
• Proven experience leading a team of SAP professionals to successful outcomes in roles like architect, functional lead, or technical lead
• Solid understanding of SAP Architecture, integration patterns, enhancement concepts, SAP Fiori, and SAP master data
• Ability to effectively read and debug ABAP code

Good to have:

• VMS and Variant Configuration knowledge
• Automotive sector experience
• Hands-on experience in other SAP modules
