Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Tower Leader / Service Line Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of Application Management (AM) and Application Development (AD) services across the Supply Chain, Transportation, and Warehousing domain for a global Fortune 500 FMCG organization.

This is a highly visible leadership role within a large-scale transformation and managed services engagement. The successful candidate will serve as the senior local leader for the service line, managing delivery performance, stakeholder relationships, and strategic initiatives while working closely with global delivery teams. The role requires strong domain expertise in FMCG supply chain operations, executive stakeholder management, and experience operating within complex, matrixed delivery organizations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Application Management and Application Development services within the Supply Chain, Transportation, and Warehousing service line.
• Own delivery performance across quality, service levels, costs, risks, and operational governance.
• Act as the primary escalation point and relationship owner for senior client stakeholders, including VP-level leadership.
• Collaborate closely with global delivery teams and offshore organizations to ensure successful execution of services.
• Provide strategic oversight across a complex application landscape supporting supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, SLAs, and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, innovation, optimization, and business growth.
• Support strategic planning, systems roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and future project opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Delivery Leaders, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and continuous improvement activities.

Skills:

• Extensive experience in IT services delivery leadership within managed services, outsourcing, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading complex multi-tower service delivery organizations.
• Strong FMCG / Consumer Packaged Goods industry background (mandatory).
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including:
  o Manufacturing
  o Production planning
  o Transportation
  o Warehousing
  o Distribution
  o Logistics execution
• Experience managing executive-level client stakeholders, including VP and senior leadership teams.
• Strong experience working in matrixed and globally distributed delivery organizations.
• Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic business objectives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Deep hands-on technical expertise is not required; however, the ability to engage credibly with technical and business stakeholders is essential.

• Experience leading large-scale outsourcing transitions and transformations.
• Previous involvement in account growth activities, proposal development, or presales engagements.
• Experience defining application roadmaps and long-term IT strategies.
• Familiarity with Global Business Services (GBS) operating models.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple regions.
