Job details:
- Remote
- Full-time
- 12 months + (long term project)
Requirements:
- Prepare realistic sample data (synthetic data), metadata records, API payloads, glossary terms, reference data examples and data product examples for conformance testing.
- Create compliant and non-compliant examples that allow rules to be tested reliably.
- Define and assemble evidence required for non-automated or partially automated rules, including screenshots, metadata records, catalogue entries, validation outputs and exception records where appropriate.
- Run or support conformance testing, record pass / fail / warning / exception / not applicable outcomes and identify where rules or requirements need refinement.
- Build adoption dashboards, conformance reports and operational reporting so stakeholders can see progress, exceptions and evidence status.
- Feed test results and adoption signals back so wording, rules, examples and evidence expectations can be improved.
Skills:
- Strong data analysis and data quality mindset.
- Comfortable preparing structured datasets, test packs and evidence packs.
- Experience with JSON, Excel, SQL, Power BI, dashboards, data profiling or data quality reporting.
- Able to understand metadata, data products, API payloads or catalogue records.
- Able to distinguish a genuinely failed test from poor test data, ambiguous wording or missing evidence.
- Good stakeholder communication: this role will often explain what failed, why it failed and what evidence is missing.
SNI sp. z o.o. will process personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Data Privacy Policy. The data may also be stored and processed for future recruitment purposes, in accordance with the given consent.
