• Role: Pega Lead System Architect
• Full-time
• Remote
• Start: ASAP
• End: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Provide architectural leadership, oversee technical direction, support parallel delivery streams
• Design, build and maintain application components on Pega platform
• Implement end‑to‑end case lifecycle, data model, integrations (REST/SOAP), business logic, and UI
• Ensure full adherence to Pega guardrails, design patterns and best practices
• Participate in solution design, estimations, and refinement sessions
• Conduct code reviews, provide guidance to more junior developers
• Cooperate closely with Business Architects, QA and DevOps specialists
• Contribute to continuous improvement, DevOps practices and engineering standards

Skills:

• Pega LSA certified
• 7+ years of hands‑on Pega development experience
• Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise Pega applications
• Practical experience with Pega 8.x (case types, flows, UIs, rules, data pages)
• Strong understanding of integrations: REST, SOAP, file‑based interfaces
• Pega Constallation experience – nice to have
• English B2+
• German – nice to have
