Key Requirements:

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience in a business, consulting, or technology-driven environment
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform, including solid understanding of testing approaches, QA processes, and delivery standards
• Proven hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), including working with decisioning strategies, customer journeys, and real-time decisioning
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams

 
Nice to Have:

• Industry certifications such as Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant or Pega Certified Decisioning Architect
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
