Oracle / SQL Developer (PL/SQL & ODI) – Finance Project (Hybrid, Warsaw)

Location: Warsaw – (50% hybrid work)
Industry: Finance
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Oracle / SQL Developer / ETL (ODI) with a hands-on mentality to join our finance project. You will help expand and maintain our custom CRM / ERP applications, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, documented, and aligned with business needs.

You will work in Agile/Scrum teams and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing software while adhering to best practices and security standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Clarify and qualify business and technical needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and pre-project analyses.
  • Design and develop maintainable, secure, and testable software solutions.
  • Optimize existing code and improve maintainability.
  • Prepare Solution Design documents and support implementation phases.
  • Participate in workshops with stakeholders (on-site in Germany, ~100 km from Frankfurt).

 

Required Skills & Experience

Technical / Hard Skills:

  • PL/SQL: minimum 5 years
  • Oracle: minimum 2 years
  • ETL / Oracle ODI: minimum 5 years (other ETL tools considered conditionally)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, DevOps
  • Knowledge of WebLogic, SOA Suite, Java (or interest in Java)
  • Experience in BI/interface design & development, scripting, writing queries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS) – nice to have
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
