Scope and skills:

• Design, lead and oversee the implementation of One Identity and support operations, providing hands-on technical guidance to delivery teams, managing configuration, customization, and integration as Solution Architect
• Review and govern operational runbooks, SLA frameworks, and incident/change management procedures for the IAM platform.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including version upgrades, performance tuning, automation of access provisioning workflows, and reduction of technical debt across group environments.
• Serve as the subject matter expert bridging IT security, business stakeholders, and group-level governance bodies.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions, maintain solution documentation, mentor junior team members.
