Scope:

We are seeking a hands-on Software Architect with deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem to spearhead the evolution of our core platform. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for defining technical standards, modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define company-wide coding standards, quality benchmarks, and guidelines for code reviews. Act as the ultimate authority for architectural decisions.
• Conduct technology scouting to identify tools and patterns that optimize system efficiency, scalability, and security (implementing Security by Design principles).
• Drive the transition of legacy systems into modern, scalable, cloud-native environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge to Project Managers and business stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence by mentoring senior developers and guiding team growth.

Requirements:

• Mastery of Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven systems using DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture/SOLID principles.
• Hands-on .NET Seniority: Strong C# background with a proven track record of building internal frameworks and reusable shared libraries
• Cloud & Containers: Expert in Cloud-Native design, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• DevOps & Messaging: Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus).
• Advanced schema design across both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.
